  3. Plug-In Helper is an application which allows you to 
  4. do the following:
  5.  
  6. - Associate URLs with QuickTime movies and video tracks.
  7. - Store QuickTime Plugin settings inside a QuickTime movie.
  8.  
  9. How do I use Plug-In Helper?
  10.  
  11. Using Plug-In Helper is easy -- just follow these steps:
  12.  
  13. Step 1)  Open a movie. This can be done by dropping a movie 
  14. on the application icon; using the Open menu item in the 
  15. file menu; or by dragging a movie into the already open 
  16. Plug-In Helper window.
  17. Step 2)  Specify Plugin settings, if desired.
  18. Step 3)  Specify a URL for the movie, if desired. This  
  19. can be done by typing the URL directly into the movie URL 
  20. text box, or by dragging text from another application. 
  21. The best way to specify a URL is to drag a 'live' one 
  22. from a web browser. This ensures that the URL is properly 
  23. formed and will work in the QuickTime Plugin.
  24. Step 4)  Specify a URL for each track in the movie, if 
  25. desired, using the same techniques listed in step 3, above.

  27. NOTE: If a URL is associated with the movie, it will override 
  28. any URLs associated with video tracks.

  37. Q: I only see video tracks in the track list, I'm not going to 
  38. lose anything when I export, am I?
  39. A: At this time, this application only supports associating URLs 
  40. with video tracks, so that is the only track type displayed in 
  41. the track list. Any tracks the application does not understand 
  42. will be exported intact and untouched.

  44. Q: Can I associate a URL with any track type other than video?
  45. A: No, see answer to previous question.

  47. Q: Why can't I use the space bar to start and stop the movie?
  48. A: There is always an active text box in the window, so all 
  49. keystrokes are assumed to be intended for editing text.

  51. Q: Why can't I use the arrows keys to navigate through the movie?

  54. Q: I've heard that URLs can be associated with sprites in a sprite 
  55. track, is this true?
  56. A: Yes, that is true, but this utility does not support that feature.
